La Lanzada Beach
It is one of the best and most famous beaches in Galicia, situated in the touristic area of O Grove. It measures more than 2,500 metres in length and has an international prestige because every year it receives the Blue Flag Prize awarded by the European Union thanks to its clean, crystal-clear waters and the complete list of services that it offers to its visitors.
Located in a spectacular place, it is surrounded by a beautiful, natural environment, protected by dunes, being part of the Natura 2000 Network.
Because of its conditions it is also a magnificent beach to take part in aquatic sports like surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing.
Also, it is an easy-access beach and accessible for the physically disabled.
