What time is check-in at the hotel?
You can check in from 2 pm. On the day of your departure, check-out is by 12 noon.
What if I want to leave later on the last day?
Late check-out is subject to availability and additional cost. Please ask at reception. Some of our special offers may include late check-out. Please check our WEBSITE regularly for our latest deals.
Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
What are the payment methods? What if I want to cancel?
Our cancellation policy covers cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to arrival at the hotel. Payment is made in two instalments: 20% of the total amount when you confirm your booking, payable by card, and the remaining 80% on the day of departure, either in cash or by card.
Is there parking in the area?
Free parking is available at the hotel for our guests.
What can I do at the hotel or in the surrounding area during my stay?
On this same website, we are attaching a series of guides and routes in order to ensure that our clients enjoy their stay to the fullest. Obviously, any doubts about a destination or any other point of tourist interest can be consulted at the reception or at nearby tourist offices.
Does the pool have a children's area?
Yes. There is a playground adjacent to the pool area. Our outdoor pool is heated by a solar system. It has a fenced shallow area for the little ones and a deeper pool area for the adults.
Can I choose my room type?
